When, Where and how many 25th Anniversary Golden Royal AquaMaster Regulators
Were made ? Any info is much welcomed.

I have heard 100 or 150 were made. Half came in the wooden boxes.

10 were purchased at a close out price by AC

In 1969 I was acclaimed the "Outstanding Underwater Instructor of the year" for LA County UW program. (At that time NAUI had a population of about 200 PADI was a still and idea in Cronnins head)

As the Top Instructor tons of equipment was piled on me by all the manufactures--Tommy Thompson of US Divers presented me with a gold plated US Divers 2 hose regulator which I used for several years. It could have been one of the 100 or was it 101? We Will never know...

I had the chance to buy one back when I was a US Divers dealer in 68. I recall the dealer cost was $200, when at that time we were buying Aqua Masters for less than $50 and selling them for $75.

You are SO correct! I could also have purchased one onclose out for about $150.00==but money was tight and so was I --so I passed
