24 hour diving (or at least diving off the hotel's pier)in Provo -Turks & Caicos

I've become spoiled by the idea of diving right off of a hotel's pier (hopefully with nearby dive lockers) and 24 hour diving if possible.

Can anyone give me some recommendations in for hotels in Providenciales that have this type of set up?

Most of the best diving in Provo is wall diving located approximately one to one and a half hours from the South Dock. Most of the resorts are located on Grace Bay on the north side of the island. I don't know of any good diving right out front of a resort on Grace Bay but I could be wrong.
