What a great video! You have me very excited for my first visit to Indonesia. We are doing Amed, Nusa Lembogan and Ubud in April. Can't wait!

I am looking to buy a small camera like the Sony RX100 because we always have problem with luggage being overweight.

I really do love the camera. On this trip, I left my heavier dslr and lens set at home and didn't miss them.

My only two complaints -
- the zoom / macro capabilities are not great.

- the camera's manual white balance is HORRIBLE. It's a well documented issue, and I hope they find a way to fix it in an update. I mainly manually dialed in the white balance.

I'm jealous you go every other year! Enjoy your next trip.

It sounds like an amazing trip. Enjoy and happy diving!

seem similar issues as Olympus - very difficult to set manual WB on low light condition.
In Olympus sub forum Jeff Mullin (he lives in Tulamben) posted a trick and tip to perform manual WB for Olympus. I'm not sure if it's applicable for RX100, but worth to try.
