the manifold might be tested to 300bars of pressure, but if the reg has threads exposed then it is a 200 bar manifold....

The crossbars are all the same, so are the guts of the valve, only difference is how much metal is at the top

no the reg (apeks, marked 300b) don't have threads exposed, but the filling valve on 300b compressors will have threads exposed.

most of the fill adapters are much longer than the regs so they will have threads exposed. You can always check, if a yoke valve fits over the top it's 200 bar, the yoke won't get over a 300bar valve

Unless some one knows different then.......the valves are the same, they work the same pressure, one valve is not stronger than the other. There is a difference in the burst disk installed (you match it to your tank) but other than that, there is a thread difference to prevent lower pressure devices from conecting to a high pressure. Most regulators are now 300 bar regs. They will work on both 200 and 300 bar valves. My regs din fitting is 300 bar and my valves are 200 bar.

Okey adding question here... my twin 7liter 300bar set (steel, made by "eurocylinder" i belive)
Have same thread lenght as 200bar, bought brand new with manifoil/cranes installed. The selles says it's 300bar cranes/manifoil, and they have markings saying "300b"...
But some claim they just are 200b couse of the thread lenght... (?)
