Both are in New condition....used twice.

Not sure on how to ship them but will take advise.

$150.00 for each tank with valve plus shipping.

Let help you with this. New tanks can be bought for $150, often with free shipping. I would suggest dropping your prices. Also, people will want to know the age of the tanks, last viz, last hydro. Pics help a lot also. Shipping is typically around $35 for each tank.

Thank you for yur help....I priced these soley off of the new prices....150.00 for a new tank and 110.00 for the valves. My price was with the valves. Am I still off a good market price?

Tanks were last inspected in may 07 also purchased in 07....I am more than willing to have them Vis Inspected by our local dive shop prior to sell.

Not real familiar with posting pics on this site but if some one would like to have them e-mailed to them to look at or post I would be very happy to send them.

Thank you for your help.

Usually they can be bought with valves from the local dive shops for $150. Used 80's usually sale around $100 each. Look through this forum and you will see.

New Al80s, with valves sell for $150. Considering the shipping costs, if you really want to sell these, $75 each would get it done. Hard to sell at $100 then adding shipping on top.

i agree. new tanks with new hydro, with new valve, with new visual inspection and new O2 cleaning for about 150-175 (no need for shipping).

how do you have two tanks without a certification to dive? maybe they were a friends or have you not updated your profile.

Long story short.....My neighbors wife gave them to me after her husband went to prison for 17 years....very long story. I do not dive but my wife does....she will not use the tanks as it is cheaper to rent on trips than pay the additional expenses for getting them to our desination. When I priced them online I found that the tanks where around 150.00 and the valves were around 110.00. I guess that a package deal is around 150.00. These tanks look like new and have only a couple of uses.

So how does 120.00 TYD each sound?

Do you have an ebay account with feedback? Sending money with no track record doesn't make many people comfortable. Just ask those that bought one of adam's can lights. Ugh!!

I have no e-bay account....I have bought and sold items on Bass Boat Central and Archery Talk....I go by Elwood on both of those sites also. I have 24 years in the Air Force and work in the Intelligence career field as the Intel Superintendant with a TS clearance. My entire career is based on integrety to aircrew that put their life on the line based on information that I provide them with....I would not sacrifice that for meer $240.00 transaction. Not jumping back at you, just letting you guys know who I am and that I would NOT take advantage of anyone...
