Both tanks have yoke valves. The paint is chipping on both tanks, but does not jeopardize the structural integrity.
Tanks are located in Atlanta, GA and I routinely visit Jacksonville, FL. I will ship these tanks, CONUS, buyer pays actual shipping costs.
