I am an experienced diver thinking about coming there for a week. I am interested in diving places where I can see large pelagics (sharks, Mantas and ofcourse the whale shark). I also want to know the best time of the year to come diving in the Philippines. Any recommendations on diving and places to stay would be appreciated.
