I read your thread about using your new dry gloves today, sure wish I had them today and my water temp was only 48 F.

When you dive with wet gloves your hands are almost always the limiting factor. That was certainly the case with me. I could never imagine diving with wet gloves after just one dive with my new dry gloves.

I'm diving in water that is about 41 or 42 degrees, and even with wet gloves my hands never really get cold. The only time they seem to get cold is when I'm taking my gear off and my hands are wet (assuming the air temp is low, like it was last time I went - high 20's).
