120 double?

I have come upon a set of HP Steel 120 doubles with Isolation valve and would appreciate some input.

What would be a fair price for them

I assume they need a hydro (I have seen them but did not look at them with the intention of buying them).

There is also an AL30 with them.

I would think anything under $400 is a steal. Assuming that they are fairly new, valves feel good, hydro isn't too far out.
