10th Anniversary Gift?

OK this is not exactly about diving but i bet it might be of general interest.

I need to get a 10th Anniversary gift for my wife -- HELP! Diving is a pretty BIG part of our lives, we moved to Bali in order to dive a lot. We already have all our own gear, we don;t really need any gear -- but maybe diving-related things like jewelry or something?

Any help put there?
