Can anybody tell me how much more a 100 cubic ft tank weighs than an 80 cubic ft. tank when filled with 3000 psi?

The extra air weighs a little less than 2 pounds. The weight of the tank is a different story. You would need to check the table referenced in the previous post, or the specs for the tank you're thinking of getting.
