Regarding both incidents from the 7/21-22 weekend; both are recovered well thanks to all of the quick action of everyone in the area. Both have expressed that they will finish their scuba certs at the appropriate time.

Chalk one up for the 'scuba nazis' and all of the other good folks that selflessly joined in.
