visibility

Hello everyone, I will be in Jeddah this coming weekend, December 20. I used to go scuba diving in Jeddah like 15 years ago. My question is who do you recommend to discuss a day with two dives, with boat. Also, does anyone how the visibility is these days? Thank you.

I'm planning another family trip to Grand Cayman and aiming for the clearest underwater conditions. Want to go in next two months (Feb or Mar) but dates very flexible. My last experience (Feb 22-29, 2020) had good topside weather but underwater visibility wasn't up to the usual amazing standards...

I'm looking at diving the passage at Saint Andrews State Park some where between March 19-24 as the high tides occur at good times. I am interested in if anyone knows how visibility varies with tidal magnitude as there is over a foot of difference during that time span for high tide height.
