%16 scuba tax in Cozumel?
I used two different dive boat companies in Cozumel . One charged a 16% tax and one didn’t. Is this required and legal? Do many or most dive operators in Coz charge that? Is it just on non cash purchases or all purchases in Cozumel, Quinta Roo , Mexico or what? It really hikes the price of...
