saipan dviing

I'm moving to Saipan next month and want to get the low down on dive centers, clubs, instructors, where the locals dive, best way to find dive buddies, etc. AOWD with 60+ dives. Thanks!

Saipan, Northern Marianas Islands. Saipan's Grotto is sometimes listed as one of the best scuba diving sites in the world. In terms of cavern dives, there is out there that can top it. Visibility in The Grotto was far over 50m. In fact I reckon could see nearly 100 meters - by Freediver HD
