This is the newer version standard size carbon fiber plate from Halcyon w/ DIR setup harness and carbon fiber STA. Bought from EE last year. Barely used. Webbing is slightly shortened (with plenty of slack) for a 6'1" 200 lbs male. PayPal F&F Preferred or eat the fees. No OCONUS buyers. Price...
