I know there are several 3rd party programs out there. However, the majority of the programs that I find can only take the data from the Wisdom (Sherwood) programs and then manipulate it's format and information. Does anyone know specifically if there is a 3rd party program that will retrieve...

Can the Sherwood Wisdom's Firmware be upgraded either by an individual or at the factory? Can the sampling rate be turned up on the Wisdom to be less than 15 minutes?
