Me +3 Sept 10 - Sept 19. Staying at Hotel Cozumel (blue angel was full) and diving with Blue Angel. Side bar, wanted to try out Tom's condo but it was listed as $3500 usd a night and the internet said the complex was permanently closed?

Was there mid February and this is spot-on from my trip. They were charging $75 for COVID-19 testing then. Based on other postings, seems to have dropped in price.

Called CostaMed up yesterday and booked appointment for Feb 19. Reservation one month out was simple. Hopefully the day of the test goes as easily. Also hope that the amount of travelers needing these doesn't negativity impact the health care for the locals.

Cross posting this here as well. Mexico is part of the "6 month club". It's a US program but it's reciprocal. Basically as long as you're passport is valid upon entry, it's automatically extended up to 6 months. You obviously cannot stay past the 6 months. The issue may be getting the airlines...

Okay but it's spelled out in those links. If someone wanted to be certain, they could contact the Mexican consulate directly. Even then you might still encounter issues with immigration and the airlines. As for Covid, I defer to @ChuckP as he's local.
