I have been playing with the boarding glasses and so far they seem to work as well as meclizine but not as good as scoplomine. They have a bonus that they seem to work after you get seasick which is very different from the medicine.

If I understand your question right. I use a standard k power inflator. They last a few years or a few hundred dives and are easy and cheap to replace. You can rebuild them but I don't think it's worth the effort. And they are easy enough to replace you can keep one in your save a dive...

1000 lumens would be more than enough. I just wanted to give a range. and a magnetic charger would allow charging without breaking a seal in a damp environment.
