they may be user replaceable... but if they are anything like my Oceanic products you'll have to replace the battery every other week, and their factory hasn't been able to fix the problems

My geo 2 did the same due to a faulty sensor, they fixed it and it did it again due to a messed up power connector. the geo 2 and 3 are exactly the same hardware (minus the LCD), it just runs a different firmware.

Spoolin, I've been speaking with their repair service for awhile and specifically asked if there has been any hardware/firmware changes and they indicated that nothing, hardware wise, has been changed since they first came out. Do you know anything else about the flaw? I've had to RMA 6 geo's...

I've gone through 6 Geo/Manta's they all have had the same issues. Same goes for the Epic DC i have... As far as i'm concerned their watch sized computers are pieces of **** :/

Are there technical hardware differences? ie same sensor/mainboard/transmitter? Or is it similar to the geo 1 -2 (new screen/software update) i like my atom 2.0 but wish it had deep stops, which would be easy to do via software. That said, the 3.0 looks alot nicer and more professional.

i had mine mailed directly to the philippines. i'll contact oxy when i return to the states in June... maybe they will help me then
