Boynton Beach diving is awesome. When I have visitors come, I always book a dive charter in Boynton then another in West Palm. I'd strongly suggest that your buddy gets nitrox certified as well.

The scopolamine patch saved my diving addiction as none of the over-the-counter medications worked for me. Fortunately my insurance covers 100% of the prescription as it's considered 'preventive'.

You could try wiping the area with an alcohol pad before applying the patch. Ever since I started doing that, my patch hasn't moved.
