I was certified last summer and plan to go to whitestar this summer. I couldn't find much as far as temps go but is it safe to assume a full 7mm with hood and gloves is required even during the summer?
I would say a refresher course minimum and maybe the whole o/w course if it has been 25 years should be your first steps.
