On behalf of all of us at Leisure Pro, we're happy to hear things worked well and thank you for the review! If you ever need to reach a manager directly, email me at nickb@leisurepro.com and I can put you in touch with the right person. Thanks again!
Sorry the line of questioning seemed problematic! I don't work in returns, but have before elsewhere, so I'd guess based on the questions you shared here that our customer service representative was trying to figure out if we could just send out a replacement or if it would need to go back to...
Since you're both working within roughly the same timeframe, I think my webmasters suspicions were correct. We switched over to a different review vendor recently and it is appearing as though some reviews may have been lost during the migration. Both the old and new vendor were 3rd party...
From the manufacturer:
Yes, you can use rechargeable NiMH battery on D510 as long as the voltage for the battery is no more than 1.5V because the working voltage for D510 is 3-4.5V.
Thank you, just sent to our webmaster to see if he can figure out what's going on, I'll update when I have new information.
Could you send me any identifiable information so we can continue our investigation? Private message is fine, your name would help or anything else we could search by.
Good question on the battery, I've only tried traditional non-rechargeables so I'm not entirely sure. I just sent a message over to a couple of people who work more closely with the manufacturer to see what they know and will update when I hear back.
I've only taken one in the pool so far, but even if I didn't work here I'd have one in my kit. And if you get it and don't like it, or run into any problems with it, we have a great return policy and warranty. If you have any specific questions about it, let me know!
Massive disclaimer: I handle marketing for Leisure Pro.
I was sent one of these lights (I'm a remote employee) for a project, but haven't taken it in the water beyond my pool yet. I normally use a similarly sized Archon canister light. Build quality and brightness seem fairly comparable...
In conjunction with Veterans Day, Leisure Pro, one of the largest Scuba and Watersports suppliers in the United States having served divers since 1996, is rolling out a brand new U.S. Service Members discount program. All verified Veterans & Military Service members will receive an additional...
Send any correspondence you may have (or names of people you spoke with) to nickb@leisurepro.com and I'll see what I can do to either fix this situation or work to prevent it from happening again.
My signature is off because we're closed today, but I just wanted to thank you for sharing your good experience with us. If you could message me the name of whoever helped you, I'd like to make sure they get the proper recognition.
For anyone who may stumble across this post at a later date...
Based on my own experiences as a diver/instructor in Oregon and seeing the locations of people commenting here, why is it that this is a skill and piece of gear used everywhere BUT the west coast? I know it’s catching on now, but we never used or promoted them years ago. I’ve carried...
A mask on the forehead isn't signaling for help. It's one of many factors that may be a sign of distress, but considering it looks like he's smiling and on land, it doesn't look like something to be concerned about.
