I second the recommendation on International Hospital. We used them when we came back about a week ago, no reservations necessary, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. They said we'd get email results in an hour, it was actually more like two, but no biggie on that.

Yep. Cozumel does not get the appropriate kudos for its dining and restaurant options, it is an island that foodies can really enjoy. There are a bunch of really, really good restaurants to choose from.

I second all of the recommendations on this place, I have been taking my gear there for a couple years. They do great work at reasonable prices, and they're also very nice people. One caveat - pay with cash there if at all possible, they charge I think a 7-8% premium if you use a credit card.
