    ISC Meg Modifications

The fact that is uses aa-batteries was the primary reason for buying the Remora. I like the form factor better on the Apecs4. It's sometimes difficult to turn the handset on when wearing multiple layers of gloves, that was easier on the Apecs where the buttons had more space between them and...

    ISC Meg Modifications

I have never had any problem with drainage of the head-batteries on my Meg15, and I have had it since new fall of 2015. That beeing said, I have on a very few occasions forgotten to set the setpoint to manual(0,21) after the dive, and if I have accidentally touched the wet-switch without...

    Dive Centers/Clubs in Spain - Alicante/Murcia/Cartagena Region

I have been satisfied with these, and this center is also the go-to for a lot of the tech/cave-oriented crowd from Norway. https://islashormigas.com/en/

I have tried 7l/300bar(light ones, 8,4kg tankweight) on mine, worked like a charm.

    ISC Meg Modifications

I use Metalsub on my Meg, and I'm happy with them. When I bought my Meg15 back in '15 my instructor recommended buying the Meg without shadowmounts and go for Metalsub. I now have several male-side parts for several cylinders. These brackets also allow for a tankband to be used to mount the...

    Crazy Cloud

A lot of my dives are now also dated 01/01/1970, after one of the latest updates. I haven't checked whether the depths/profiles are correct for those dives. I have not contacted Shearwater as they seemed to be aware of the problem(Ref the Beta-thread SB).

Yellowstone 10 AH Battery and ammonite thermo type 14

To be fair, this is the same for all batteries that are not constant voltage. I now use Gralmarine(23,8ah) for my undersuit, and that works well.

Yellowstone 10 AH Battery and ammonite thermo type 14

Ammonite is nominal 11,1v, 12,6 when fully charged. It is not constant volt, so it drops down. Before I flooded my 24ah Ammonite I got approx half the time on my Santi-suit compared to Ammonite-claims before I changed over to second battery on long decos.

Replacement of E/o cord with something less expensive and more available

As a dummy-plug you can just cut the wire off from a broken cable, and use Blackwitch on the end of the plug. Good and cheap.

Discrepancy between my computers during the dive

Did you check if altitude settings on the Ratio is not set to an elevated altitude? This would shorten ndl and prolong deco.

Discrepancy between my computers during the dive

Salinity settings does not affect ndl/deco, it just slightly alter what depth is showing on your computer. Ndl/deco is calculated from the pressure of the depth-sensor.

    Gralmarine Strobe

Unless the N@90 is upgraded in the last years, the Gralmarine is way brighter. I believe the Trojan is similar to the Gralmarine.

Any used anything from heizteufel? re: batteries or heated clothing?

I have the heated gloves with magnetic contact, they work fine for me. They are thin enough that I wear them inside Hestra Qualofill's.
