Whenever I dive Beaver Lake I always go to the North Dam site because I don't have a boat and it's the only shore dive site that I know of. The guys at the LDS said that there were some other places for shore diving at Beaver but that most people keep them a secret so.....anyone care to share...

Being a fairly new diver myself I almost don't feel like I have any business weighing in on this but I will anyway. Last summer my daughter and I did our first wreck dive. On the boat on the way out we were sitting next to a young guy who regaled us all with stories about the many dives...

That is an inexpensive option... though 47 degrees sounds really really cold to me... may have to give it a try anyway though... I'd like to get to the North Dam Site before the algea blooms
