An age-old question: ways to 60m.

No. We get all bent out of shape when people advocate for others to do stupid shift. Like deep air. You can do whatever fills your boots. I really don't give a f. It's when someone asks the best way to go deeper and the joe boys say that deep air is an option that I get concerned.

An age-old question: ways to 60m.

For farks sakes. There are 21 pages here with multiple instances of numpties advocating that the OP does deep air. And you were the first to jump in on it on post 2 or 3. And clean up your back yard.

I have zero respect for those that dive stupid crap and then advocate its' use to new divers.

Please show some respect for those who came after you and have learned enough to not do stupid ship like deep air so that they increase their chances of not passing away.

    What color is your DSMB?

The usage depends on where you are. Some places for technical dives, the DSMB is used to let the boat know where you are if you happen to go off the shot line (red/orange one), or in emergencies, to let the boat know to come over and send down the drop set because more breathing gas is needed...

    Newbie JJ diver advice

I seriously doubt DD would let you dive OC in Bikini.

    Newbie JJ diver advice

I've been to Bikini twice. You absolutely do not want to do it on OC. Or deep air. If you aren't able to get some sort of CCR trimix ticket before then, don't go. Re-book. Don't be "That OC Guy That Effs up the Whole Trip for Everyone".

An age-old question: ways to 60m.

An Irish diver asking for permission to work a wreck. Now I know you are making stuff up. I just spent 2 weeks diving in Ireland diving with Irish divers. We did many wrecks including 3 subs (2 Deadlight, 1 operational) and they never asked for permission from anyone for anything.

Except for the numpties that day was 15-20 years ago.

    What color is your DSMB?

Yellow if I need a dropset. Red just for a location marker.

And air at 150-200 is incident free/safe? Assinine.

    JJ CCR Dead?

Mainland. Near Kea but not Kea. Pretty much blown out for all 8 days but managed to get in 4 dives that were somewhat sheltered. The guys on Kea were blown out every day.

    JJ CCR Dead?

I'm in Donegal Ireland diving the Malin Head wrecks. 8 CCR divers. 7 JJ's. 1 Meg. Last November I was in Greece. 6 JJ's. 1 Meg.

    habitats

How very cave-centric of you to think that only caves are hard core tech diving. For example, "regular trimix diving" the wrecks off Donegal, Ireland in 18' seas and current is not tiddlywinks. I don't foresee habitats rising in any sort of tide in open water tech diving.

    Hideaway burned down today

BC Government does this a lot. They send legal documents saying "We are taking this over but Thou shalt clean it up" knowing full well that the previous owner has zero money to do so. Like all the derelicts in Vancouver. Or the Anscomb in Kootenay Lake. Then they ignore it and claim no...

Sorb-how much bouncing around in car is bad for packed scrubbers?

Just don't ask about it on one of the Prism FB forums because the post will get deleted (happened to a buddy of mine).

How long can you store scrubber in the original canister?

If the alternative is to not go into the operating room, sure.

How long can you store scrubber in the original canister?

Yes. I have dove stuff that was 3 years expired. I'm currently diving sorb that is 1 year expired. I also eat hot dogs, cheese, and milk that are beyond the Best Before date. And i don't obey speed limits but typically drive 10-15 km/h over the posted limits. I suppose I'm setting the new...
