The dive trip is still scheduled however only dive professionals will be going if the situation has not changed. The only ones going for sure are those eligible for a work visa as dive professionals if the travel restrictions remain in place.
I am not a dive professional so I'm stuck on this...
So my friend will be retiring to Dumaguete however he is not in a hurry. He may be getting a work visa first. He told me he is eligible to work there as a dive professional. And soon after moving there he is marrying his Filipina sweetheart. So all 3 boxes checked at some point.
My friend, a dive shop training manager has finished preparation to retire in the Philippines. He is allowed to travel there now.
Lucky bastage. He's retiring to Dumaguete. I'm jelly.
