i log my dives on paper. like diary. i make notes about the dive site, conditions, people, impressions, add some pictures etc. its great to review them at a later point in time. brings back memories and shows a journey...

i did dive with them in a pre-paid deal some time ago. would not do that again. cattle boats. we had an incident where they did not secure their tanks and one diver was not able to continue due to a head wound due to a tank slamming on her head. the diver got a voucher for the missed pre-paid...

then they must have gotten better. a friend was on one of their journeys in the maldives and it was reportedly rather disappointing. at least when it came to finding "the good stuff" (mantas and whale sharks) compared to others.

i only know kevin who hangs out with the dive bus folks once in a while. i heard only good things about divechartercuracao. being an advanced diver should be a plus.

i had a mares ice when they came out. same problem. i had it serviced a million times and they never got it fixed. very frustrating. made me to move to another brand. i don't want to say its a bad brand because i know many people are very happy with it. just a personal choice i made.

uwatec are great computers i never had a computer fail. a statement that computers fail all the time is flat out wrong. they add another failure point but that is completely different story.
