If you're gonna dive often(at least once every two week), then start from the top gears, that way you won't waste money on gears that you will eventually give up( i.e. rental style gears).

The Glide 500 generally has higher lift capacity (not all sizes), but it has the least amount of D-rings available. Vector has the most D ring but less lift (12kg) compared to the other 2.
