what to take for ears that won't pop?

A number of divers I know also use Afrin. It's a nasal mist. I know one that uses it frequently, but that is not advised as long term (3+ days) use can worsen congestion.

Solved: URL Layout - Condensed with thumbnail

I see, I wonder if my ad blocker is blocking some of those elements so that I don't see popups such as that. I was trying a bunch of random news articles in the testing forum and could not get a single one to unfurl. I was in the Pub and it seemed like everyone else got them to unfurl so I...

Solved: URL Layout - Condensed with thumbnail

Thanks, @Miyaru. To be clear, How can I make a url unfurl? It seems that most of the time I post something it only shows the hyperlink. Is it dependent on some type of media or photo in the link? I can't seem to figure it out.

Solved: URL Layout - Condensed with thumbnail

Can someone tell me why these two URLs have a different layout? I'd like to insert a link such as the first but I only ever seem to get a hyperlink to show up. https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-first-covid-19-vaccine https://www.bbc.com/news/business-60779001

    Anniversary gift ideas?

Are you looking for something specific - i.e. trip ideas? Sentimental, gear related, or anything somewhat related to diving? Do you have any good pictures of her diving? How about a hand drawn or painted photo? They could add you in as well. I've purchased pencil drawings on Etsy before as...

    Undergarment/layer for under 7mm wetsuit.

Sharkskin or similar layers do work to add warmth, but a hooded vest or vest and detached hood are much warmer. I prefer to add neoprene for colder climates. 7mm suit, 5mm vest, and 7 or 10mm hood is what I used to wear with 35-50 F temps in NE. Less flexible but it adds a lot more warmth. I...

Should I buy a used lot of equipment?

Yep, I bought a near mint Apeks reg set from someone I work with. I told him the price that I was comfortable with factoring in $100+ servicing even though it may not need it. He was very unhappy, but I told him that he probably could get more for it online and he should take that route. If he...

Should I buy a used lot of equipment?

Buying from friends can sometimes be awkward, but offer only what you're comfortable with. Explain that you're willing to pay X price, but that they very well may be able to get more if they sell individually online. Unfortunately, used (even with 1 dive) equipment depreciates significantly...

    What about flare?

I always carry a light, day or night. Depending on conditions, I will add a strobe. I prefer these to flashlights with the same capability. If you're using your flashlight, you are also burning up strobe time; strobes last a really long time. They are also seen from long distances. As mentioned...
