It looks like her temporary card is signed by "R. Owen" but there is no instructor number...

Maybe something else that might help, It was in 2003 or so. I think the owner might have changed after that. (might have been Rick someone???)

First you have to email uwatec and request the firmware update. Load that, then when it asks for a code enter 313. BTW uwatec.com has all the manuals online Jeff

It IS the same as the security code to enable options. Reloaded and worked fine
