One of the problem is most divers don't actually dive or dive very little. I was chatting with some guy at the Aqua Trek dive shop the other day and he said 89% of divers never dive even ONCE after they complete their open water. (I'll speculate the statistic is from SSI's marketing research.)...

Your first question was address directly to me but I can't really say much about the technical details about the tests. I'm not qualified to perform them that's for sure. I'm just a guy who's trying to get his tanks filled so I can go dive. All I know is the hydro is required every five years...

It was a good day. The quality of the vis was less than was hoped but it was still fun. If your interest is observing wildlife I'd recommend staying away from the Comal until school is back in session. The large number of tubers stirred up lots of silt apparently.

Shark meat is edible. (I've had a few steaks that were good.) Any street anywhere near the Union and Lincoln river exit has one of these signs. Presumably you can't get a parking tag unless you are a resident of the town.
