    Roatan vs Cozumel

Been to both. One thing that I don't think has been mentioned is the lack of crowds at Roatan compared to Cozumel. The smaller group sizes at Roatan were nice. They have giant boats at Cozumel that hold 20+ divers. When one of those things dumps a megagroup of divers it's no fun wasting bottom...

You don't have to pick one or the other you can do both on the same trip easily. You can fly into Cancun and stay at IM until you get bored with it and go to Cozumel and fly out of there. Easy to ferry from IM to Cancun, cab to the bus terminal, bus to Playa Del Carmen, cab or walk to the...

    Critter identification request

I would describe it as a 6" wide sessile animal shaped like a pouch. I took this photo in the PCB area a few days ago. Does anyone have any idea what it is?

    VIZ is great at CSSP

It depends on where you go, your build, and sensitivity to cold if you will really need it or not. The deepest parts (~55 feet) of CSSP are in the 40sF even in the Summer. If you own one I'd bring it just in case.

Lake Murray, OK - June 27, 2012 - Playing with the Carp

If I remember correctly here is the exact entrance on Google maps. A little blurry but I can read "Marietta Landing" on the sign.
