I'm extremely safety conscience that's why I ask. I've seen alot in my profession and I also think of the people topside (my wife and son).I"m shooitng for a shore dive the next weekend. but you now what some pool time sounds like a good idea. thanks for the advise. alex t.

thanks for the replies. I thought there would me more of a cut off like x amount of time and a dive bout woulding take you out. I thought 2 yrs. was that number. Gfisher most of my dives have been thru my LDS. thru tagging along with other ow classes or my aow class. I think I have 6 thru work...

I got cert. last summer did basic and adv. I got only 30 dives in. due to family issues I haven't gotten wet in 7 mos. I'm not going deep till I do some shallow again. well my question is this guy told me if I get close to a year I should take a refresher what's your opion.

I'm at work, the fire station has a dsl line and I dont have one at home so I do most of my stuff here. I'm on the computer in between calls sometimes. and especially at night.

down here in miami we got diving and hockey team that one the championship whats it called the cup something. So I guess we got the best of both worlds.

thanks for all the help. I got a question I"M new to the bourd and to diving. by biggest problem is I don't have a dive buddy. how can i find a local club or something.
