Welcome! Solid choice on the move.

California is nice but diving in Italy must have had some fascinating possibilities for finding ancient artifacts and ship wrecks! What interesting things have to found?

I got to see some old amphoras and there are A LOT of wrecks especially in the south. Honestly i miss the warm water and the 100ft viz more than anything else! The island of Ustica will always be one of my favorite spots of all times!

Hi Everyone!

I am an italian diver who moved to Southern California. After years or reading so much stuff on this website from all of you I finally joined! Talk to all of you soon!

Happy dives!

Welcome to Scubaboard! We are so pleased to have you join us.

I'd love to hear more about your diving adventures. I want to see the amphora.

Wellcome here on SB..
I am an old, almost-retired Italian diver too.
Small islands around Sicily are really some of the best diving sites of the world.
I did dive Maldives and the Great Barrier in Australia, a lot of big fish, and nice corals, but the emotion of some Mediterranean sites is still the best, for me.
Did you try Pantelleria and Marettimo?
