Thanks for the responses, we decided to do a shorter live aboard and going with the black manta. We'll then use the spare time to go dive North Sulawesi as well.

Stay away from the Komodo dancer. Dirty boat, no hot water in cabins, bugs in cabin, just avoid this one.

We have been to Komodo 2x. Once on the Komodo Dancer and last time on the Dewi Nusantara. Both were excellent trips!! Check out the Dewi! Loved everything about that boat! Have fun!!! p.s.- on our first Komodo trip I had around 45 dives. There were some ripping currents but we were fine since we all listened to the dive briefings very carefully when it was going to be a current dive!
