Hi everyone!
I am wanting some opinions on the sealife d1200 camera...I already have a 5mp Fujian point and shoot with an underwater housing that takes good pictures but needs a strobe which would be about $400 or I have a gift certificate for a local diveshop that is closing that I have to use in the next few days. After discounts and gift certificates the sealife d1200 elite would be $560 total. Any opinions on whether the d1200 is a good camera? Also, funds are limited so I wish I could afford a really great setup but I can't. I am a casual user that loves taking pictures on my dives!!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am happy with the Sealife DC 1200. Ive posted some pictures in the Sealife forum.

Hey all, Amanda here. I'm a Dive Control Specialist and I absolutely love my DC1200 Elite! It takes great pictures & the buttons are so easy to use! I used it on my trip to Honduras in August took around 1500 pictures, and they were phenomenal! If you do get it, get an extra battery to charge while using the other, because they die quick and you'll want to be prepared for the next dive! Any more questions just give me a shout :)
