Sorry it is the snake, first time I`ve posted an image and I got it wrong
 
Actually, the goatfish will blow up so I can see it. I can't see the snake at all. Try it the way you did the first one. Also, where did you see it, and when?
 
I would say that the Goat Fish is a Mullus surmuletus or
File:Mullus surmuletus1001.jpg - Wikimedia Commons.
They are very common in the mediterrean sea.
But this was not the question so:
Yosmite-Sam, please upload a better, bigger photo from the "snake" and where you photographed her.
I doubt that it's a snake because she is on the bottom and sea snakes are mostly encountered swimming on the surface so i guess that it's some kind of conger or moray eel. But never say never....

The bottom picture is a fish. (Did you want something more specific?)
 
The one in the top photo apprears to be a spotted snake eel. Very common and often seen working around in the coral rubble during the day.
