I was in Rovnji this past June unfortunely I couldn't go diving becouse of some ear problems. Rovnji Istra is about a half hour north of Pula. There's a very good outfit right on the bay as you enter the town. I just can't remember there name. Check it out on the internet. Neat place by the way. It's a good time to go to Croatia less mobbed. Try to get to the lakes of Plitvitza really beatuful.
