I have not yet had a solid answer to this question on Bonaire Talk. There is a wreck of a small boat at 130 fsw directly out from Capt. Don's Habitat. Maybe 20+ feet in length and is steel, rather crushed at the moment. Some thought this was the Hesper but the info on the Hesper is not consistent with this wreck. The La Machaca is the one at 35-40 fsw at the edge of the drop off.

Any ideas?????

Thanks in advance.

Dan

My older edition of the Lonely Planet Diving and Snorkeling Guide (©1991) mentions a 55 ft. fishing boat, upright on the sand bottom at 130 ft, north off of "Baby Dock" at Captn' Don's. Seems as though that boat has been there a long time.

No this is a small boat 12 feet long or so, just the fibre glass casing is left behind.
