I went out to the UW pool session 2 or 3 times with Dean's last winter. It was good. I'm hoping to get out to his December session.

Wow.....what a DB
Another option if you commute into the city....Mississauga Divers has pool sessions at the Etobicoke Olympium (18' or 21' I do not remember). I know live in Guelph but work in Toronto so that is sometimes an easier option.
