Since I need to make a research trip to Key Largo soon for my new book I decided to transfer all the dives I had logged on paper into Subsurface. 565 dives later I find myself regretting all the times I didn't bother logging my dives. I would guess somewhere around 500-700 not logged. Just going through and entering the dives I did log brought back so many memories, mostly good ones.

Garmin logs my dives for me. Easy and simple, all the basic info is automatically there. I just add some details and gear used by hand. Every now and then I enter dives to PADI online logbook to keep it up to date as well. That way I'm not vendor locked if I change dive computer brand some day, or either PADI or Garmin screws up their system or shuts it down like every online service eventually will.

I have paper proof of all my logs with the exception one missing book which count for about 25 dives. I use custom pages I designed. 1630 logged dives

I try to make a written log entry for every single dive. I don't get all of them, but most. Looking back on the notes is useful and fun. Every once in a while I import computer data too.
