Nudibranch & anemones
A Spanish shawl nudibranch (Flabellinopsis iodinea) grazes the reef in heavy current next to a cluster of strawberry anemones (Corynactis californica) on a 25' deep wall at the "Underwater Island" dive site off California's Channel Islands. Photo taken at West Anacapa Island, August 2004.
Nice shot! I've been trying to get sometning like that for some tme. Proves two things-----there is plenty of color in Calif. diving, and if the viz. isn't great go macro.
