The diver has good moving (mannerism), and that’s also great at your photo, as also the angle. The bubbles are nice away (but some have been out), so "more or less" they are good.
I think you could fix some backskating of the strobe, with a clone tool - or something. Maybe to put some bubbles at the left with a mirror-tool and to make them as an entire cloud with much of work, for the corner that missing ...
But it will give you 1 inch and will get you more close to the middle of the photo.
