I would like to complete TDI Deco Procedures in Jupiter FL. Recommendations for the best instructor would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes. Seems that there are very limited options in Key West, so I am looking farther north. I do have some good recommendation down around Boca.

I've not seen any technical training occurring in the Jupiter area. Most of the AN/DP instructors prefer to train on wrecks. Most of the tech training that I've seen in SE FL occurs in Pompano, Miami and Key Largo. Each of those areas has a few regular tech instructors. Pura Vida and Force-E have a few tech instructors, James Blackman in Miami has quite a following, John Chatterton in Boca has his cult following, I did Trimix with Dan Dawson at Horizon in Key Largo. Landon at Aqui down in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea gets regular praise. Each instructor seems to have their own specializations and type of tech that they teach. You'll need to interview them as they will you to see if you are right for each other.

I have seen a tech instructor on one of the Jupiter Dive Center boats many times teaching AN/DP. I believe these were exclusively on trips to Deep Ledge. His classes appear to be very well organized to an outsider. You may be able to get contact information from JDC.

Doing the course on a drift may be an added advantage rather than doing it on an easy wreck. Perhaps it depends on your future plans.

First you were too far south, now you are a little too far north. Pompano and Key Largo are the two major nexuses of tech diving in South Florida.

I have several recommendations in the Pompano area. Any favorites in Key Largo?

Horizon Divers. Dan Dawson & Jeff Knapp. Great instructors and given that Dan owns the shop & two boats, they give you one price for everything. Instruction, charters, breathing gas. Plus you do most of your dives on the Spiegel Grove.

You could always reach out to @LandonL who owns Aqui Watersports in Lauderdale by the Sea. Your instruction would definitely be high level while also being a ton of fun.
