I am confused? my Perdi already talk to my phone/tablet/PC with no dongle. They don't even have anywhere to plug in a dongle.

Mine will not connect to my computer, it’s brand new so maybe not compatible? I want to try the dongle to see if it helps.

What dongle?? Try to connect it to your phone instead of computer especially to update the firmware. It should connect to your phone app shearwater cloud. I had the same issue as you and spoke to them on the phone about it....they suggested do everything through the mobile phone as the computer sometimes is hard to connect.

Computer has been very hit-or-miss, and using a phone/tablet has been most successful for me. With cloud, it then is easy to get it to a pc.

That’s what I usually do. Just want to be able to transfer dives and data to computer app as well.

It automatically goes to the computer hence why it's called Sheatwater cloud. It will transfer automatically
