Thank you for the lead! Now my search has some direction. LOLThat style of D ring has been used on some Scubapro BCDs.
Bit of a long shot, but they can be salvaged off old BCDs not fit for use
Thanks, I saw those on their site, close, but Kupu was correct and solved the mystery, they are Scubapro. Problem is Scubapro US customer service says they can't get them, (even though most all of their stab jackets come with them), I will now continue my journey looking for a junked Scubapro stab jacket. Worst case I will order some stainless 6mm rod and make my own.close enough? (not square or bent) :
