Battery was replaced in January. It was fine for a month, but its now worse than it was before.
Send it back again then - you likely need more than just a battery replacement. I would not let it sit as Shearwater will fix it for you, from my experience.

They pretty much replaced everything but the case on mine and it’s been fine since then. My brother-in-law has his in right now for a similar issue after having the battery fix done last year. The Teric does seem to have some battery issues from what I see here and my own network of friends.

MY Teric has been sitting on my desk for 140 Days and the battery is at 53%.
You need to send yours back.

This battery nonsense has kept me from considering a Teric for quite a while. Wake me up when they have it figured out.

I use mine as a watch on dive trips though it is larger than I'd want for daily wear at home. You can leave the screen off except when you check it - just one button press - and the battery use is inconsequential. If you leave the screen on, even in watch mode, then 50 hours sounds about right. Screen off, it would take months to fully discharge. There were some with bad batteries, but SW replaced mine for free even long after warranty period.

They have figured it out!
And Its not like anyone who had the problem has ever said that Shearwater gave them the run around, they have fixed the few unlucky peoples DC very quickly and in some cases sent out loaners to those going on vacation.

After what serial number or date of manufacture was the problem corrected? I want one that is problem free. I know Shearwater is willing to "fix" a Teric time after time, but I would rather get a good one to start out with.

As of January they have not figured it out, because that's when my Teric battery was replaced.

My Teric is a bit big and awkward to wear as a watch, except on dive vacations, and it is always a thrill to don it, as a sign that I am actually on vacation...

My battery is fine with the screen is off, when on, it does wear down a bit, but not too bad. It also wears down when actually diving. On a 3 dive day, I will end with a 60% or so charge, which I always thought was very acceptable...

January was when they replaced your battery, not when they discovered a fix!
When was your Teric manufactured? That would be the more relevant date.
