Cleaning all my firearms, polishing wooden stocks, grips, disassembling and lubricating bolts where appropriate, replacing magazine and recoil springs, etc.
Disassembling, lubricating, and reassembling fishing reels (I have quite a few), respooling with fresh line.
Disassembling and reassembling regulators, making a written inventory of spare parts, some of which I've had since the 1970s.
Watching obscure old movies. I'm currently doing Charlie Chan stuff. "Number one son" and all that.
Writing letters. Not emails. Letters.
Rereading every John D. MacDonald novel I own, (an amazing number), thereby effecting an escape back into a time in America I miss dreadfully.

Letters are good. I love doing that. Have some people who write back!

I’ll have a lot more time on my hands. Just got laid off due to virus situation. Permanent, not temporary. No severance. 13.5 years at the same company.

Ouch are they not expecting to get back up and running after this is all said and done?

You can't mean real (snail mail) letters....even I stopped doing that except for rare reasons.
